Today, Merge reissues Reigning Sound’s Abdication… For Your Love, the group’s hard-to-find 2011 release! Originally available solely as a promotional giveaway, it is now widely available for the first time on CD and red Peak Vinyl and features a rare extra track. To add to this news, we are delighted to announce that the rest of Reigning Sound’s back catalog is now available digitally, including the albums Break Up, Break Down and Home for Orphans. There is a lot of gold to sift through, so in case you aren’t sure where to begin, we asked Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys (who co-produced Abdication… For Your Love) to provide a playlist of some of his favorite Reigning Sound songs.
