Tomorrow is a big day for Fruit Bats fans as it marks the release of Sometimes a Cloud Is Just a Cloud: Slow Growers, Sleeper Hits and Lost Songs (2001–2021), a two-LP collection that tracks the history of the Eric D. Johnson–fronted project from its earliest days to right now. To celebrate, Johnson plans to perform songs across the entire Fruit Bats catalog; adjust your internet dial to the Fruit Bats Instagram account tomorrow, January 28, at 12pm ET to join in!

Fruit Bats are also announcing some tour dates in the UK, their first since 2017, including End of the Road Festival. Check those out below along with their spring tour dates across North America, and pick up your copy of Sometimes a Cloud Is Just a Cloud today on deluxe pink & violet swirl double vinyl in the Merge store, or at your favorite independent record shop.
