LOOK: The new film-45 for Ian Svenonius’ torch-tune “I Don’t Know Where Those Words Have Been” has arrived. It’s the latest in a series of Alexandra Cabral-directed Super 8 films off The Lost Record, the high-concept long-player from Svenonius’ Escape-ism project.
Escape-ism—the fuzz-box faux-realist, the cassette deck that cried—has no upcoming personal appearances to announce at this time. But good news prevails: The Lost Record and Introduction to Escape-ism are available for purchase in the Merge store, or wherever you buy music.
