Ashley Stove was a four-piece rock band nurtured in the fertile musical climate of Raleigh, NC. Their forte was craftily skewered rock music with catchy hooks galore. The band got its start in 1992, the by-product of many fantasy discussions between boyhood friends Matt Brown and Ben Barwick (guitars/vocals).
