We are delighted to welcome Torres, the artistic nom de guerre of Mackenzie Scott, to Merge Records. Torres is currently putting the finishing touches on her Merge debut and will be performing live at MRG30, Sled Island, and Pop Montreal in the coming months.

Mackenzie Scott provided this statement for the joyous occasion: “I feel like I’ve lived an entire lifetime in the three years since recording Three Futures. This new record documents the significant fruits, for better or worse, of some terrifically delusional pursuits.”

To be the first to hear more about new music, tour dates, and more from Torres, follow her on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, and sign up for the Torres mailing list.
