From the moment The Jordan Lake Sessions livestreams faded to black, Mountain Goats fans have had one question: “When are these coming to vinyl?”

The answer: August 25, so long as you take the opportunity to pre-order a copy of this quadruple LP set (that’s Volumes 1 and 2 housed as two handsome 2-LP gatefolds) before 10am EST this Monday, April 17!

Once 10am rolls around, that’s it:

The Jordan Lake Sessions: Volumes 1 and 2

is being pressed to order and will not be available in retail stores, nor will we have any extra on hand. Don’t miss out!

Revisit The Jordan Lake Sessions: Volumes 1 and 2 with the video of their performance of the anthemic “This Year”:

The Mountain Goats are back to being warriors of the road, currently on tour with Adeem the Artist. Tickets are on sale now and, in traditional fashion, selling fast, with Toronto, Philadelphia, and Chicago shows sold out, and a second Carrboro date added due to demand. In addition, the Mountain Goats have added summer and fall dates to their 2023 excursion – for ticket information, visit the Mountain Goats’ website.

Stay tuned for more exciting tMG news to come later this year, but in the meantime, don’t snooze on the Jordan Lake Sessions vinyl pre-order!
