The Love Language’s Baby Grand comes out August 3, so let’s kick this week off by sharing the album’s most summery track! “Juiceboxx,” with its buoyant bassline humming alongside breezy synths and Stuart McLamb’s sunshine falsetto, is unquestionably that song, so be sure to add it to your summer BBQ mixtape today!

Like the rest of the songs on Baby Grand, “Juiceboxx” was built up from demos, layer upon layer, and McLamb is now putting the elements that comprise “Juiceboxx” in your hands to remix! Download the stems, chop up and reassemble the song however you wish, and send your creation to merge@mergerecords.com with “Juiceboxx” in the subject line by August 7. McLamb will choose his favorite entry, and the winner will receive a test pressing of Baby Grand, a copy of Ruby Red, that album’s Black Mtn Demos on cassette, and a bona fide Merge tote! In addition, the winning remix will be featured on the Merge Records official SoundCloud page. What are you waiting for?
