Rosali, “one of indie’s brightest rising stars” (UPROXX), shares the single “On Tonight“ from her new album Bite Down, out March 22. Following “instantly timeless” (BrooklynVegan) lead single “Rewind,” album opener “On Tonight” is a song about transformation and rebirth. Check it out wherever you stream music, and pre-order Bite Down on CD, LP, or limited-edition clear pink Peak Vinyl from the Merge store!

Of “On Tonight,” Rosali explains:

Being “on” is something akin to being in a flow state, where you’re zinging with divine inspiration, full of fire, and open to possibilities. I kind of wrote the song from the P.O.V. of Eve seducing the snake, and the narrative began to unfold as a lust for life: looking to know more and that in experiencing things, good and bad, that that knowledge will open your eyes, revealing deeper understandings and meanings. So that your future can be lived in a bigger, more complete way through your own choices.

Following a West Coast run supporting Merge labelmate Mary Timony, Rosali will embark on a headlining tour that includes stops in New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, and more. All dates will be full-band performances with Rosali playing alongside David Nance, James Schroeder, and Kevin Donahue. A full list of dates is below.
