Perhaps you joined us in North Carolina last summer for MRG30, our 30th anniversary bash, and daydream about reliving the festival fun. Or maybe you couldn’t attend but heard how fantastic it was and wish there were better documentation than shaky cell phone footage. Well, either way, look no further!

NPR affiliate WUNC will be presenting music from the 30+ Merge artists who performed at our big birthday party, caught live on camera by our friends at Come Hear NC. Kicking things off, we have amazing appearances from Ibibio Sound Machine, the Mountain Goats, and Wye Oak.

Watch & share: Ibibio Sound Machine perform “The Talking Fish” at MRG30

Watch & share: the Mountain Goats perform “Younger” at MRG30

Watch & share: Wye Oak perform “The Louder I Call, The Faster It Runs” at MRG30

Bookmark NPR Live Sessions as they will be rolling out more videos from MRG30 over the next several weeks!

Wye Oak’s exciting JOIN tour begins next month, the Mountain Goats hit the road in April, and Ibibio Sound Machine play a handful of festivals this spring and summer; check the Merge tours page for all announced dates from these artists and the rest of our active roster.
