London’s Jade Hairpins have reemerged with a new video for “Broadstairs Beach” and an upcoming performance at New River Studios on Friday, June 17, their first show in their hometown since lockdown.

The band’s Jonah Falco on the video, which was filmed in one take while he was bilging the hull of his boat by hand: “I thought it was a nice contrast to the dreamland of a windswept beach town in some kind of lovely coastal utopia. Kind of a busted palace kind of vibe happening.” Also, a handy reminder to give their debut album Harmony Avenue another spin in preparation for more from Jade Hairpins, coming soon!
