Australian garage rock trio Cable Ties have released their stunning third album All Her Plans, available today on CD, LP, and metallic “ice queen” Peak Vinyl from the Merge store!

To celebrate its release, the band has shared a highly entertaining official video for the album’s opening track, “Crashing Through.” In addition to a recently announced run of dates with Superchunk, the band has also shared that they will be touring with Pile on the West Coast later this year.

“‘Crashing Through’ is about all the doubts I had about being able to write this album after all our plans got canceled in 2020,” vocalist Jenny McKechnie says. “As we couldn’t tour Far Enough, it felt as though that album had been lost. I thought I needed to write another album like that again that wouldn’t be lost. This of course isn’t true. I needed to write whatever album came out of me at this moment in time, with this set of mistakes, successes, and experiences behind me.”

Having attracted new fans not only in concert audiences but also from the likes of Henry Rollins and Simon Le Bon, All Her Plans is the mark of a band finally coming into their own and ready to push their full-throttle, white-knuckle music to the masses. Stream and share All Her Plans today, and make plans to see Cable Ties on their first US tour!
